Outside of the default apartment, this has become my favorite apartment in game. When it rains I just stand by the window and watch and listen and imagine that V feels a sense of calm for at least a few hours.
If you were stuck inside here while it was pouring down rain outside it would be great cause you have a humongous living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, a library, a gym, a movie room, three bathrooms one downstairs and two upstairs and seven bedrooms, several other rooms which I'm not sure of what's in them and there is the front elevator and stairs. and the back elevator and stairs, a very large and long patio but it's outside so it's raining and no need to go out right now.... You can go down to the ground floor and see the people down there some live in the building here in the other apartments, some work here as desk clerks, house cleaning staff and the people getting in out of the rain until it stops, but from up here it's like being on the top of the world and it's hard to see anything out there except for the rain falling and you just barely see the lights on the towers it's like living in another world in here if you block out rest of the building and the big city all around you, it's still raining and your just going to bed and enjoy sleeping and listening to the sounds of the rain outside, g'night y'all.
I have lived close to the road... well not all my life, just since adulthood I guess, grew up on the land, sort of, there it was quiet except the occasional rooster or neighbour in the morning being busy. in the city, I would consider this quiet actually. I can sleep really good. In fact, if it is too quiet, I get suspicious. But once I am asleep, a nuke could go off besides me and I probably would sleep through it. I also LOVE the sound of rain, it even helps me to fall asleep.
