I remember laughing my ass off the entire time I was playing the Raymond Schandler Evening mission, and Johnny kept antagonizing V by narrating like they were in a cheesy noir detective novel.
@BarryBigChips yeah I was gonna say the fact that we're talking out loud to Mr Silverhand in our head and everyone cant see him, I truly wonder what they think 💀 "so let me get this straight - my best merc, is a fucking schizophrenic?" - rogue, probably
@@albinowolf8453 Actually, it’s a reference to Johnny Carson, which Jack Nicholson was riffing-on. Yes, I’m old. 😂 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WZKmsA8bzao.html
@@Sleepy241 nah bro, she’s on the alternate cover for the game and on the cover for Phantom Liberty, her VA, Cherami Leigh was nominated an award for her performance and she has more customization
@@coltforceplayer also no offense I feel like silverhand would rather inhabit a male body y'know? Like it would probably make him feel more comfortable since well....he is a guy
I think what is sad, is 90% of the coolest parts of the game, some of the best stories, can be missed completely. I don't know how many times i've decided to walk someplace instead of drive or fast travel. I've stumbled on everything from a small time hold up to full assault between gangs. You also find all kinds of little side stories and missions. If you haven't yet, when Takimora takes you to see Wakako, hang back for a minute by his van, let him reach Wakako's door. Then inch up and listen to the convo between him and the guy sitting at the door. You can even use that in the intro to Wakako. It cracks me up every time.
To be honest even if it would kill me within a year I would totally have Keanu's construct in my brain I mean having him joke around with you and just acting like and being your homie just sounds kinda fun.
The best part of Cyberpunk 2077 was easily Johnny Silverhand. He nailed that part and I loved every second of the building of V and Silverhand's relationship. Naturally I side with good ol' Keanu nearly every chance I get.
I didn’t even know I have to build up relationship with him to unlock special ending. I just got charmed by Mr. Reeves and agreed with him on everything lol.
Despite cyberpunk not living up to its potential I still think it’s a decent game and the story and characters is one of the best aspects about this game
dude, when you do all these quests and gigs with johnny, you really do get attached to him. like you guys are legit friends in the end. and when you go visit his grave..its just sad.
One of the things i LOVE about this game is this natural chemistry between v and johnny Big props for the masculine and feminine v's cause both their voice acting is the best I've ever heard for a fps protagonist
This video game was criticized harshly. 67 hours in and it still hasn't bored me. Net runner/Gunner build. Cyberpunk 2077 has provided me with a cinematic entertaining experience. Hell of a story and characters. A shame they couldn't add whatever else they had in mind. You can quickly tell that there is so much more content that is missing. At the current state that the video game is at seems preme to me. Props to the ambitious individuals that created this game.
@@amirsarbakhshian7758 There is a clothes shop, City Centre I believe, west of the tower. You need to go in there one time and browse. Leave, do something else, then go back in for a very short side mission that is a call back to the original teaser with the Cyberpsycho.
6:28 Female V version Johnny: Cops seem to like you. Could be this one's sniffin' around for somethin' extra? V: Whaa? No, River's all right. Johnny: Mh, yeeeah. V: Can tell ya got somethin' to say, so say it. Johnny: Me? No, no. Just maybe this cop's flyin' straight in your pants.
@@tigrispanthera5496 Not the Male V Johnny. Female V Johnny: Christ, V. Can't believe you're makin' me fuck a cop. Gonna go plug my ears, gouge out my eyes.
On the Joshua quest where Johnny said he never speak to me again, in my head i said "sign me the fuck up" and left the quest. He appeared in the very next quest i started though.
7:39 Cyberpunk really should have had flags that indicated if V read certain data shards, it could add extra dialogue like in some other RPGs. V could have an extra dialogue line from reading that Bartmoss data shard without needing a skill check.
My personal favourite is during the joshua Stephenson quest where johnny goes "He's fucked in the head, the world's fucked in the head and you're fucked in the head cuz my fucked up head is inside it."
They redid the episode where V finds Dex's body. Johnny leans over and says "Hey, Dex. How's that quiet life?" and then taps a virtual ash from his cig onto Dex's forehead. Had me rolling.
I love Keanu, I have heard of all the stuff he has done and how is he a really down to Earth guy despite the fame. By my god did I want to punch his lights out on a number of occasions in this game. I know it was the intent of the writers to get this reaction, but fuck did it work.
Every time V talks with Johnny in random places I always wonder- how does it look like to people from thirds eye point. Like, some swanky ass lad talking to himself or insulting the air
