Phantom Liberty makes Cyberpunk 2077 the game it was always meant to be, the true masterpiece everyone wanted.

It really does, how all of the fixer gigs are really fleshed out too. Shame they got rushed because the game coukda been a true masterpiece, it still is, IMO, a (fairly) flawed one.

This is probably my favorite track from the new dlc. Been playing it over and over. I really love the atmosphere of it. Not only this but this part of the dlc is one of if not my top favorite scene because this is the moment that song is (mostly) honest to you for the first time and shows how she’s really just desperate to be free of the grasps of the government (and Hansen at the time). She just wants to simply live free like V does, and the two truly connect with each other which is special because prior to this both V and So Mi never had anyone else who understood what they were going through. That’s what makes this scene powerful to me. Thanks for sharing this Slow! Excited to see the hour mixes you got cooking up :)

I'm hoping you'll post the soundtrack that plays when you're with Songbird right before you get on the train near the ending of the game. It's a unique soundtrack that I can't seem to find anywhere else.

It's extended version of "Just Another Weapon". This is exactly what Songbird calls herself in this conversation. Very beautiful soundtrack, goes well with the tragic story she tells...

@@daniilshylan4027 That isn't it. the track I'm referring to was upbeat and very intense. It plays when Songbird tells you to hold off the guards while she hacks the train terminal.

I'm unreasonably, obsessed with songbird. The music composers have the perfect imagination in getting anyone being close to these characters. Before I already got way too attached with Judy, panam, Johnny and male V. Female V is great, despite how broken this game became at first, male V went completely underrated. Especially over the fact how realistic this game is. It just feels weird in a good way. Spoilers By the way, even male V didn't even get a chance to talk to panam while female V gets to talk to Judy 😮‍💨 I do hope Lucy and songbird will recover my body somehow, for doing the sun ending both of which should be in the moon. Thanks for putting this up.

the "Talk to Panam" option only becomes available for Male V if you have done a certain way of doing Panams Quests! I had the option on MaleV

@@UbeiOtoshi She did everything what she could to survive. Ellie from the last of us 2 still did much worse things and still people dare to excuse her actions just because she lost Joel. She always was mean to him anyway. She is not saint but she is not evil either like Reed and Mayers who are evil whatever you like it or not.

@@UbeiOtoshiReed promises help too. But if you side with him hand Songbird over and then go and meet him at the basketball court again. He will tell you that they tried the neural-matrix on So Mi already and it didn’t work. So now they can have a go at V. Basically he just admitted to you that it was never about your life. You were just a tool to him to get to Songbird and you just get to survive out of pure luck because the cure didn’t work on her first.

For me its super hard but i agreed on one thing song either dies or goes to the moon either way she is free. But as Jonny says wrong city wrong people. Her freedom is alsways a phantom liberty. On the moon she gets turned into a lab rat aka blue eyes. If you send her to the nusa she gets turned into basicly a soulless computer for running the blackwall. And if she dies she is not free in life but we believe her to be in the afterlife ? So basicly for song liberty always stayed a Phantom half ghost half reality. Basicly half truths like everything in this dlc's story.

Man turning her in was the right thing to do I’m my opinion. She’s too dangerous. I kept her alive in the end. Was the good ending. Not a good feeling.

Siding fully with Reed and giving So-Mi to the NUSA has got the be THE worst ending of the expansion. I'd argue that even the endings where you fail the main quest and Myers dies are better. But the fact that people have so many different opinions on the subject really shows how good the writing is.
