I'M BACK!
Finished Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, it's been awhile since I've even touched FL Studio, but I got inspired again (and even redownloaded 2077 after two years) and of course wanted to do my version of probably the most popular song of the season! There's not a whole lot different but this is a slightly more laid back/build up version that I really enjoyed making with my friend!
Still sticking with FL Studio, I'm very comfortable in that program now even despite taking such a long break. I think almost everything was made using Vital, and now that I think about it, I started by downloading the midi but only used one part of it, which was for that video game-type sound which was also Vital.

@@rhyuza5918 I would be laughing while crying. The the anime, it did a clever thing, showing the screen go red making most of us who watched it think he died. I bet that they will make him like the guy that killed him. Brain washing him. Next season will be the girl trying to get his mind back, a typical female hero archetype story for the 21st century. All just speculation and sorry for the lack of names, I am bad with names.

I keep hoping for a remix of this that at the end has Adam Smasher talking to David with the beat drop happening as Smasher fires just for the maximum emotional gut punch. But I suppose it would probably get copyright struck. Yours is probably the closest I've found with the "Lucy?" "David!" that happens near the end so congrats for that haha.

That would have been a good one! I think if I took it further and had a "real drop" that would be a solid option! I was originally going to use when David tells Lucy he'll take her to the moon but I couldn't clean it up enough. So I went simple: Lucy's line is from Adam Smasher's part and I pulled David's from a few episodes earlier when Lucy exits the ripper doc and he's waiting for her.
