Check out the 10 Reasons why I bought it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xOjnp1Vzt8c.html If you're buying a Tesla use my code to get 3 months of free Supercharging! ts.la/maksim79588
I will but I hope one of them is "because you are crazy" 🤪 On the other hand the camera loves your wife, if she wanted she could model as a side hustle. I hope you enjoy the Cybertruck and that you have very little in terms of early adopter pains.
Max, let's play a game. As a tech geek, if you could choose just one car to own, would you rather have a Cybertruck OR any ICE car of your choice ever made, for example, a Porsche by Singer or a classic Mercedes? You choose!
@@davidhunternyc1 maybe a Mercedes 6x6 lol. Honestly there are a lot of sweet fun cars. I bought a used 2014 jaguar f type supercharger v6 convertible last summer for a killer price and it’s such a fun car. I installed a cold air intake to get rid of silencers and now the supercharger sings. Love it, it’s basically the opposite of the cybertruck with quite heavy steering. With that said it’s use case is very limited and I need something that can tow and carry my family and gear, so it needs to be a truck and the cybertruck fits the bill better than anything else out there. There are plenty of sweet trucks out there both gas and electric, but I love how the cybertruck handles and drives like no other truck with its electronic all wheel steering and the sound system is phenomenal. So to be completely honest if I had to stick with just one vehicle it would be the cybertruck.
@@MaksimYuryev Wow, Max. First off, thanks for the long and considered reply. Yes, I though about your family too so I thought you might have chosen a classic Landrover Defender or maybe a Mercedes G-Wagon (though you trumped me with the 6X6) or, even better, a restomod ICON4X4... but you chose the Cybertruck. That's high praise indeed. I'm excited to watch more videos with you and the Cybertruck. Stay healthy and stay awesome.
@@davidhunternyc1 Thanks man! G-Wagons are sweet but I regularly use the truck bed so it's very handy now that I have the cover that keeps most of the elements out with a push of a button and can be stopped at any point to hold things in place (along with the divider). I appreciate it!
I've never seen Max this excited about ANYTHING! (which is saying something, cause he's a really positive guy!) It's awesome to see that grin from ear to ear. I think that's how I would be in his place.
I can totally understand your feelings, enjoy! Just 3 weeks ago I also pick up me dream car. We might have a different taste, but that's ok. By the way, you can transport my Audi TT RS on your truck bed.
Hey Max, could you go into some detail on its sound system? Although I guess the only way to really know what it's like is to experience it. Looking forward to your next vids
The truck looks great and drives great, I had a chance to test it. One tip, you should hold the wheel exactly like the one from a Formula 1, always at the same 9 and 3 positions, there is no reason to switch positions when turning because the turning angle is really low. You can see that it's awkward even on video.
Hey! I live in CdA, and I would love to see your CT around here sometime! I want one. Do you drive somewhere around here on a regular basis? I would drive over and admire your CT in the parking lot, and I promise not to touch it. Please post!!!
plus it's not as hideously ugly at the standard pickup truck that so many pavement princesses drive and never use. I wasn't surprised at all to hear nearly 2/3rds of F-150 owners never tow anything!!!
Lol, or for anyone who wants speed and comfort, to not ever pay stupid gas prices ever, oil changes, etc., plus all the smart car features included, and at the same time drive a stylish truck that has all the features of a traditional truck.
Уже очень давно был подписан на основной канал и догадывался, что ты русский (может и частично) Поздравляю с покупкой с: I'm waiting for the user's experience video with it's pros and cons Isn't it scary to drive with this amount of hands movement? Are you used to it right away? With love from Russia
Still cannot believe you or your brother named one of your kids after Elon Musk. Wildly tragic. I feel sorry for the kid. He's going to get seriously teased when he is older.
I’ll check it out. Lately I’ve just been going off of wh/mile. So far on this charge I’m at 64 miles using 364wh/m that’s probably 70% city and 30% freeway giving me a full range of 337 miles so far. I’m almost always doing 5-10 over.
That thing is more awesome than I expected! First thing I would try is something called Turtle Wax 53845 Minute Wax on that stainless. It's the best wax experience I have ever had. It's a Walmart exclusive. Wash the car, rinse it off. Spray it on, rinse it off. Done! Congratulations on an awesome choice 👍👍👍
I've actually tested this because when we got our first tesla, I had friends that brought this up so I bought a good tester and compared it to my gas vehicles and one of my friends cars who said this is why they will never buy a tesla. Their toyota had more radiation than the tesla which they were shocked by. My RAM also has more radiation than our Model X that my wife drives. I'm not sure if they are doing better insulation or what but I was expecting it to be high.
I do not like the looks at all. The rear steering is amazing, I would like to have that on all of my vehicles. I'd say it is a good product, count offer more usability for the size.
Not sure what you mean by actual truck drivers, but I would say I'm qualified lol. I have a CDL and used to drive a truck where we would regularly be at 70-80,000 pounds and sometimes overweight (with permit). I also drove a RAM 1500 as my daily for over 5 years, towing my 6000lbs bout and 9500lb trailer with it.
Just like with any other RU-vidrs. Many successful RU-vidrs are introverts, this is a way we like to share the things we love, but when it comes to situations where you can't do at your own pace or timing it gets really hard and our social tanks deplete quickly.
I won't get a Tesla until the model 3 gets a minimum range of 650 miles which may never happen thanks to Elon Musk. Inspite of the positive attributes and its quickness it still isn't worth it. Also batteries do not last long like smartphones. And to replace that costs how much? Plus its controllable in the future. Batteries are not the future.
Not sure if you know but most new cars made in the last 5 years or 10 years for onstar can be controlled or at least shut down remotely. I don't think we'll ever get 650 mile regular electric cars because most people drive less than 30 miles a day. To do so would require 2-3x the batteries in each vehicle and the batteries are the most expensive part. I do think charging speeds will keep increasing and at some point you'll have 5 min stops to fast charge. As far as longevity, right now there are many model 3 teslas over 300K miles on original batteries and electric motors. The tech is getting way better.
Facts: People who use trucks for works don't care about speed. Facts: People care about towing and hauling power. Facts: This is not a work truck this is for people like you who don't know a damn thing about trucking and have never worked in shipping or receiving where they see trucks all day. No one is using a cybertruck for work
@@Chief-wx1fj in a nutshell: design as effective as much attention it produces. Tesla has hundreds of thousands of pre-orders. Remember Malevich’s Black Square? Plain people sad “my 5yo daughter could do better”. And Black Square blowed up art community, but your daughter not. Cybertruck blow up car community also.
Nice review. Agree with most of the points you made! Don’t get too used to attention. I own one for about 2 months now and they are becoming quite common where I live. Just this Saturday, I saw 3 other Cybertrucks on my short trip to buy some groceries. People still notice and ask questions when I’m parked but it’s not as overwhelming as it was in the first couple of weeks!
