I love everything about this apart from the color. 😂 I'd like to see a satin bronze, one of the Aston Martin colours. That would be class. In my opinion, of course.
Can't wait for @Tesbros DIY Cybertruck kit. Props to these guys for wasting no time on early access to the Cybertruck and getting some quality content out.
Probably wont be for many years unfortunately. Today it was reported they're getting 10,000 new orders a day for the CT since it was launched the end of last month. There are over 2.3 million pre-orders right now and climbing. So much for..."oh those are ugly, people will never buy them".
Wrapping those straight panels looks so easy compared to normal round-figured cars. With some basic knowledge about wrapping, I'm sure even a normal person would be able to do the Cybertruck. I only have experience of couple of chrome deletes and it's surprising how forgiving the material is.
Super nice job! I like the looks. The color is very nice. Although trying to look at it subjectively, I'm not sure if I'd take the green as an option even if I had the option. I'm not sure I wouldn't either. It's very nice, but I like the aluminum color. That could be a $6K wrap. I'm sure I wouldn't do that, but I'm not positive I would do it even for $1K, Luckily I won't have to ponder that. Very nice looking though! Fits the style of vehicle.
If you screwed up then just pull it right off without worry about damaging the paint. Looks like it really easy to wrap the Cybertruck because there is no curve, just flat surfaces and big gaps
Does the wrap effect the cameras and sensors...or are all the cameras and sensors only on the parts that are not being wrapped. Eg: bumpers, head light areas, and under the truck ect ect...
Wow! A wrap on this Cybertruck is so so interesting. This is new to me 😀. Can the wrap material withstand heat under a hot sunny day, if say left out in uncovered car park for several hours, and will not warp? What if the front or any sides of the vehicle got hit by pebbles and alike when moving at a reasonable high speed, will it get torn or scratch easily ? Can one wash Cybertruck with just water and of course wipe clean with a soft cloth? At autowash centre with high power water hose? Someone scratched with a sharp object or likely a key on one side of my vehicle not too long ago, really annoyed 😠 of it. If a wrap was applied to my vehicle and this incident occurs, could the wrap protects the actual paint ? Thanks & cheers
vinyl wrap last about 5-7 years if you take care of it, like using proper washing techniques. here's how to maintain vinyl if you're interested in learning: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w_RqEBu1m5I.html
@@stanvassilev You do realize that the truck has cameras to replace all the mirrors that you just mentioned, the car has all type of safety warnings, blind spot monitoring, pedestrian warning system and a whole lot more. This is 2023 not 1983. If you get into an accident now, its your fault, the car had nothing to do with it.
It is not about hate, it is all about bad choice! I did not like at all the color, ugly and make it look like a cheap toy made in China. So many colors to choose. Anyway, everyone has their own taste of things, but I see ugly when it is ugly and look cheap now. Good job on the wrapping!
@@NsXy exactly. It also can end up being more expensive since you’ll have to pay by the yard and not everyone does that too. So you may end up paying for a lot more.
I’m barely folding over the edges, just enough material to grab and stay. Using heat before and after cutting helps it adhere better and makes sure it’s not going to pull back.
From Google: Will Spray Paint Stick to Stainless Steel? Yes, with the correct surface preparation and a suitable primer, spray paint will adhere to stainless steel.
Nah this is a hard no for me. Love & defend the cybertruck every day of my life.. I think the only thing worse it could’ve been would be yellow or orange.. but damn that look finally just got ugly for me…. Again… my favorite truck in the world..
Anyone else depressed to see one the coolest trucks ever made being worked on in low to middle class neighborhood, inside a mediocre garage? Kind of takes away from the mystique and appeal of the truck.
