The Gazelle S when ordered from our website comes with the frame, seat unit, the shopper, sun canopy and rain cover. The infant car seat and Gazelle S cot is not included. Hi! Are the car seat adaptors compatible with other brands? We have a Jané Koos i-size R1 car seat and were wondering if it's possible to place it on the gazelle chassis with the gazelle adaptors. Help, please!?
All our CYBEX infant car seats can be fitted to our CYBEX strollers. You must purchase the adapters separately as part of the stroller accessories (except for the Priam and Mios, for which the adapters are supplied). However, we do not test other car seat brands on our CYBEX strollers.

On the double stroller configurations; How many pounds are the weight limits on the top and the bottom? As well as the height restrictions for the top and bottom double configurations.
Hi there - thanks for your question! Each Gazelle S seat unit can carry a child weighing up to 50 lbs (approx. 4 years). Additionally the Gazelle S has an extra-large stroller basket which can carry up to 28 lbs, and the detachable Shopping Basket can carry up to 22 lbs of groceries, day-to-day essentials or whatever else you pick up on your trip outside.
@@kriziahernandez4257 The Gazelle S Carry Cot is available separately. Unfortunately, we have not tested our products with other brands, so we would not know if it is possible with one from uppababy.
The shopping basket doesn’t click in, correct? Ours didn’t seem to click in to place and when I asked at the store they told me there is no clip in, is that correct?

Hello, my gazelle strollers front wheels continue to shake uncontrollably (started the first time I took the stroller for a spin) I’ve tried removing the wheels and reattaching, locking and unlocking. I have also emailed your customer service team multiple times with no reply. So incredibly disappointing to pay for a faulty stroller with absolutely no customer service. Please advise.

Hey N La! The Mios Lux Carry Cot and Seat will not fit on the Gazelle S. The frame of the Gazelle S is a bit bigger, so only the Gazelle S Cot and seats will work on it.
I’ve tried getting a hold of customer service and no one will get back to me. The thread on the handlebar is already coming apart after only 3 months of use! Pretty disappointed!
Hi Neta! When you are using the stroller in double mode with two seat units forward-facing, it is 108 cm. If both seats are parent-facing, it is 104 cm.
I've been using the Gazelle S as a double stroller for less than 8 months (and only on weekends, so it's very light usage!) and one of the seats is already broken. It's stuck in recline mode and the the service centre advises that it's not repairable and have offered to sell me a new seat for SGD 400! I'm so disappointed in the quality and the after sales service of Cybex. It's a great stroller when it works, but I would not recommend investing in this as you can't count on Cybex to help when something goes wrong.

does this work with your reclineable Cloud Q car seat? Someone in the comments mentioned its super hard to put the Cloud Q in and now I am a bit apprehensive because i wanted to use the car seat on the stroller as well when i travel with public transport etc.

Anyone having problems with installing cloud Q on Gazelle S? It’s really difficult to put the car seat on the stroller and takes several minutes to adjust and might crack the car seat, talked to the customer service and they can’t fix the issue 😞
Ciao, grazie per l'interesse dei nostri prodotti. CYBEX Gazelle S è venduto con una seduta (Seatpack) e un cestello per lo shopping (Shopping Basket) come vedi nella foto. Tutto il resto è acquistabile separatamente. Ogni telaio ha la navicella e seduta compatibile per il proprio utilizzo e questo fa si che è diversa sia seduta che navicella di Balios S. Per quanto riguarda gli ovetti CYBEX sono tutti compatibili con telai CYBEX, bisogna solo procurarsi gli adattatori adeguarti al telaio. Speriamo di esserti stati d'aiuto, CTBEX Team!

I don't own this stroller yet, but everything I have read says the Nuna Pipa is compatible with this stroller with the included adapters. (I'm planning on buying the Nuna Pipa car seat which is why I'm considering this stroller to use with it).
Sono molto deluso della versione gemellare non siete stati in grado di studiarlo bene ..1 non in tutte le posizioni I bambini si possono sdraiare ....2 i miei figli di 8 kg la femmina e 9 il maschio (non preciso il peso) nati settimini all 11 mese arrivano in fondo alla seduta con i piedi e sono 72 cm la femmina e 73 cm il maschio ....3 le ruote se vai nella sabbia dopo due giorni si bloccano e non girano più bene ... 4 i porta biberon ruotano su se stessi e il buio che sta sopra se li tocca li fa cadere ... 5 le cuciture delle sedute dei passeggini dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo si sono sfaldate....5 la cosa peggiore è che quando metti il bambino sopra da solo se si agita un po troppo il passeggino si ribalta.. 6 se ordini qualcosa ti arriva dopo 2 o 3 mesi ....insomma delusione completa il prezzo non vale il prodotto e l assistenza..
