Today I'm taking you to cycle on the new cycle path that connects Bergamo to Brescia return trip. After having been Capitals of Culture, the various bodies have decided to restore old, partially functioning cycle paths, arranging them properly and connecting the two cities by coining a new path, the " Cycle Route of Culture".
A 76 kilometer cycle route that connects the two cities.
This itinerary offers a variety of landscapes and passes through 34 villages and historic centers, as well as 872 assets of historical-cultural interest. Starting from Brescia, the cycle route guides us through the elegant vineyards between Gussago and Cellatica, passing through the most surprising stretches of Franciacorta.
Continuing towards Bergamo, you cross the Torbiere Nature Reserve and reach the shores of Lake Iseo, with stops in Paratico and Sarnico.
The route ends in Piazza Cittadella, in Upper Bergamo.
