I carry one in my tail bag but it is double the size, this one is a better size but at a £100 a bit salty.

I looked for a small one for touring last year and bought an the upboost ultra (currently £29.99 on amazon), it's fantastic solid unit, and it's great for bike tyres as well as cars, but as i don't like to carry a lot when touring i've got a kit with co2 filler thingys like used in sodastreams as an emergency under the saddle & leave the upboost it in the car boot lol. £100 for this does seem a lot, but i would perhaps have bought one had i known about it, and may still do so just for the size and convenience, so thanks for the review !!

Hi seems ok for a little pump I’ve bought the UPBOOST TYRE INFLATER that is a bit bigger than that does everything a pump should I’ve used it on my car but not bikes yet it’s got the extra bits included but the end isn’t a screw one it’s a push on and then a lever that you then pull down to make it seal seems good bit of kit anyway happy pumping 😁let’s hope we only need it to check tyre pressure rather than a puncture take care ride safe it’s a great pump and was I think £40 somewhere about’s good bit of kit though

Can you change it up then say leave it for a month or two? Or could it be one of those products that the battery starts to deteriorate if you don't change it periodically?

That’s a really good point. I’ve heard that the battery lasts for about a month and a half maybe two months. I think after a month the battery will have depleted by 50% so this is a case where you know you’re going away so charge on the day before so it’s full and ready for the journey ahead, and it’s easy to top up when you’re on the road at hotels or wherever you are going. Good point
