I had a cesarean and you feel the pressure and the doctor literally pulling the baby out of your body. You get cut through layers of skin, fat, and mucles then the pain hits you once you're in recovery. I was on Prozac and Motrin for almost 2 weeks and even after I still felt some pain weeks later.

I wanted to give up and the pain was so bad that I was traumatized and would tear up thinking about it for weeks to follow. I would randomly need to talk about it too...it was tough. I say that to say this...you are a warrior and I admire you and women like you who have endured hours of pain and trauma to bring forth your miracle of life into the world. May you and your child be blessed forever for your hardship in delivering him/her.

That was the realest birthing story I've heard!! Finally!! Tell the truth!! It ain't magical at all! And if you think 'that's ok I'll get the epidural so i wont feel nothing ' sometimes you cant get it!! Sometimes you're too far along in labor to get one so now you have to go natural!! C sections are a last resort & only done by need not by want.

@truth hurts agree, it has to be equal. I thought i could handle it but then the guy seemed desperate to me and weak. There was no chase. I thought men chased only, but after dealing with a guy that was too crazy for me, I felt like there was no chase for me. He was too predictable. That's why I understand and value the art of not being too available and being a "yes man". It creates a balance.
