The ending where Joni sang the last line was everything! i clapped actually with a big smile on my face. was so great seeing Joni happy and getting into it. Annie Lennox and Cyndi Lauper are in my top 5 favorite singers and ive seen them live twice. I wish i could of seen Joni. If you hadnt heard it already, Annie Lennox did a beautiful cover of Ladies of the Canyon.

As an African girl I have admired Angélique Kidjo for so long she has energy like a teenager and always moves to the beat of African drums like no other. She is such an inspiration and have given back so much in her country. LOVE HER....Also love Annie Lennox voice truly amazing singers.
I’ve listened to Brandi Carlisle since her song “Fall Apart” which my son introduced to me when he was in college. I love her even more knowing she encouraged Joni back into showing her talent on stage. Love you ALL! What a wonderful combination of ladies. Well done! 💖
I like how Cyndi Lauper..... Is always Cyndi Lauper... Doesn't matter where, when, how, she's always just Cyndi Lauper. I'm an 80's kid, and I remember how big she was during that era, literally every other video on MTV was a Cyndi Lauper video.. Anyway, great tribute, to a great song by Joni Mitchell
I remember reading that when she was young, Annie was given the record _Ladies of the Canyon_ by Joni and was moved by such a great singer/songwriter! Glad to see Annie Lennox come full circle! Thanks for posting!
I read that too. Annie has always been clear that Joni was an early and lasting influence. It is not surprising that they are two of my very favorite artists.
What a beautiful treat and wonderful example of women uplifting each other! This what happens when you have immensely talented women, who are confident in their own voice and ability and have nothing to prove to anyone. Each brought their unique voice, shined and allowed everyone else to shine.

OMG !!! What a Great, Great, Great, great Tribute to Canada's ..No.. the worlds Joni Mitchell.. She was My Mother's Fave artist and has a place in my heart as well.. Annie and Cyndi were my dream women as a teen and to see how both changed with the years as they grew and I.. to see them serenade such a iconic living person of the tapestry of Canada's Musical contribution filled me with so much joy... You know Canada has made it's mark in music in sooooo many ways and it's hard to name everyone Past and present.. The Burton Cummings, The Tommy Chong's (Yes he wrote a Number one hit). The Anne Murrays, Gord Downie and Lightfoot's...such talent . As Gord Downie sung we are the underdogs.. We are the "Darkest Ones".

This is talent. Joni Mitchel, who is a gift from god, and her wonderful and meaningful music celebrated by these great voices. I’m from the uk and am immediately searching for how I can see this programme. I loved the celebration of Carole King. These are two of the mightiest forces in music. They wouldn’t say or think this but we now have the likes of Cardi B for young women to look up to. Thank you Joni, you have made, and are still making, a difference. This flight tonight told a key part of my life!!

This is great to see, but I have to say Joni Mitchell has been widely acknowledged as one of the greatest songwriters since the early eighties at least. She's had that level of respect since then. There was never any danger of her being forgotten until after her death.

I loved all their voices. They were all incredible individually and together. I loved the way each one took center stage for their parts and then floated back for the next. All these are gorgeous, talented and at the top of their game. I would love if these ladies did an album together. They are having a really good time performing. Love to see a group of women celebrating.
