This is probably the best fighting cutscene in the game so far. A fight between people of similar power, the way the camera flows along with the movement of the combatants, and the way the remix of the desert battle theme and cyno’s theme sounds… I can’t stop rewatching it
It would be great that as easteregg after the new character quest he would have a little buff to his burst, even small for just a joke like 1% more damage on basic attack
Meh, doubt it could happen. They would need to buff Neuvillette after Archon Quest too, give him both Pneuma and Ousia. But I don't think they will. The only character they'll actually buff is probably the Traveler
@@_dragonflies_ The Neuvillette released in 4.1 already had full powers. Furina is still the "archon character" as such it just makes sense that she'd be the only character that would actively use both arkhes in gameplay. Maybe they just respected her enough not to allow someone else to use it
@@arielmk7612 not really. Firstly, Furina is only the "Archon Character" in marketing. In game she already lacks several special effects the Archons of previous nations have, so I don't think that's the reason. Secondly Neuvillette very much wasn't at his full power in 4.1. He literally gained most of his authority and power in 4.2 AQ, including the full control over Pneumousia, as he stated himself at the end. Which was the whole point of everything I said: when a character gains new power in the story, their playable version will not change accordingly. The only exception being the Traveler for obvious reasons.
Cyno Vs Xiao would be a very interesting one. They honestly need to do more of these fight sense between characters even if its sparring matches they would draw more fans to the game.
Xiao wins on the merit of being a more durable creature. Cyno has the power but not the endurance to last long enough against a being literally bred for self-destructive combat.

@@ghosttemplar6989 the power of a god? Hermanubis wasn't a god, but a powerful follower of king deshret... As for Xiao I doubt the god remains on him give him God level powers.
If Sumeru desert has new 3-4 playable characters that born or lives in there alongside extra pockets of little villages or smaller town, I'm pretty sure that players will appreciate Sumeru lore and maybe its very expansive sandy environments so much more Especially if it's went during Sumeru patch cycles
Cyno is basically hermanubis now, people did a lot of rite of duel after hermanubis died, and the victors always claimed the losers. It was now down to last 2 when they implanted them into the children, thats why boumen says that light is just like the hermanubis himself, cyno is hermanubis now, cause he has all the ba fragments.

We have this cool animation and story, and yet, people can't think of any of that, but instead about how Cyno doesn't do damage on par with Neuvilette or Alhaitham. Oh how sad it is, to have shackles of a meta-slave on your hands xD
Who cares what they think he does amazing damage in his furina team on top of his 30k+ hyperblooms we eating good as Cyno mains and maybe he’ll get more passive buffs in natlan
The recent story quests have been a huge snooze fest(except neuvilette’s). I missed seeing Cyno and Sumeru. This is the best fight scene i’ve seen in Genshin!!
Wish there was a visual upgrade on his burst though since he's pretty much gained another fragment of a god's power. Like some white streaks added on his burst form or something.

If i understood correctly, 2:56 here we can see only 6/7 servants. Because the seventh is Apep. So, theoretically, we have already seen one of the 7 servants 😅
So, why didn't Aether's fight against Arlecchino look like this? Why didn't they show a decent fight, but instead shit on us? This is exactly the kind of fight I was expecting. Aether will show himself worthy but lose. But Hoyo showed him as a helpless wimp. And that's our MC? He's nothing. Trailblazer laughs at him. But here Hoyo decided to show the best fight scene in the game for a random 4* character.
If Sethos goal was to obtain all the Ba fragments, his IQ sure HALVED after meeting the traveler. Bro seriously thought it was a good idea to pitch 2 fungi and 2 ruin machines against the traveler and tighnari respectively.

Really hoped Genshin'S combat could feel like their cutscenes, but Hoyo specifically designed this game to be an open world exploration in mind despite it's a huge part of it. I will not stop yapping how much potential Genshin always and could be implemented if they cut down on size for map and focusing on the actions or synergy choreography formula on each characters. Because who wouldn't want this level of immersive battles in the open world or Abyss? Veterans could appreciate it and new players would feel more compelled to stay if they don't have that need to pull just to advance the story out of necessity. I don't care Meta or balance issue, I just want to have fun with so much things that made us experiment further with all characters we've bond and play with for years... T_T;

@@gigimoon1 there might be some truth to this but for me what matters Is content, for example the thing that made me happy durring that last lantern rite was not the"rewards" but the new zone to explore with the new story. I'am at the point with this game where i care less and less for new characters and prefer to upgrade the ones I actually use, If you don't spend fates on every banner that comes ur way you will have a stockpile of primogems I get the issue .... but personally i think this "drama" Is blown out of proportion..
