Dude, I'm a metal head, & I've always been a hater when it comes to rap, not gonna lie. But then I discovered Cypress, dude why did rap sell out cause this 90's shit is so fire
Same with me. Ill always be grateful to my parents. tbh Im just 20 but I'm so happy to see younger generation admiring good, old music. I thought gen z is lost and appreciate only autotune and no skill artist, but there is still hope in this world
I'm 60, and I liked this when it first came out......but I absolutely detest rap. Don't know what that's all about. Maybe I am insane in the membrane....??🤔😄😄😄
tbh I haven't heard any 'iconic' songs like this that have come out in the past few years; it's kinda sad, especially when there were so many bops all the way even to the 2010s
So one day I'm hanging out with my older brother in his bedroom. I was in kindergarten and he was in high school. This song was playing in the background. He said, "You hear that music? Don't listen to it. It's bad!" The only words I could pick up were "insane in the membrane" and everything else sounded like gibberish. Some time latter, our Rottweiler had puppies. My mom explains to me that the "bag" the puppies are coming out in is called the "membrane". My mind flashed back to that say with my brother and I was like, "What?"
@@jenniferlang1393 That's not a coincidence, the beat for both songs was written Cypress Hill's DJ. He didn't think it would ever be used in a Cypress Hill song so he let House of Pain use it. Also that's not a horse, it's a trumpet or other type of horn.
