Due to the diplomatic situation of India - Bangladesh, lindia stopped such a visa application to receive the visa center, at present I cant receive any India visa for face the new delhi embassy appointment. So can I change the schedule country ( New delhi) to any other nearest CZ embassy such as Malaysia. If so. what is the process to change.
