09:05 The d-block elements in the periodic table have their last electron in the outermost d-orbital. 18:10 D-block elements have a U-shaped electronic configuration and exhibit various metallic properties. 27:15 The trend of melting point and boiling point of transition metals is that it increases and then decreases, with a maximum point in the middle. Exceptions include manganese and Tc. 36:20 The atomic size trend from left to right in the periodic table is influenced by Z effective and screening effect, while the trend down the group is affected by lanthanide contraction. Ionization enthalpy generally increases from left to right, with some exceptions. 45:25 Second ionization enthalpy of chromium and copper is high due to their stable electronic configurations. Third ionization enthalpy of manganese is high as well. Nickel, copper, and zinc have high third ionization enthalpy, explaining why they do not have more than 2 oxidation states. 54:30 The trend of standard electrode potential shows that as we move from left to right in the first series, the value becomes less negative, except for certain exceptions in the case of copper, manganese, nickel, and zinc. 1:03:35 Fluorides stabilize higher oxidation states in halides, while other halides undergo hydrolysis and form Oxohalides 1:12:37 D-block elements form colored ions and complex compounds due to unpaired electrons in their d-orbitals. Crafted by Merlin AI.
Scandium - sunn Titanium - tu Vanadium - vyah Chromium - krle Manganese - mujhse Iron - fir Cobalt - koi Nickel - ni Copper - kahega Zinc - zanu Go with thiss guyss..... All the best batch 2022-23 👍🏻💗

What a multi-talented teacher.... In our school our subject teacher's are unable to teach their subject properly and over here only a single teacher is doing their whole job all alone.... Hat's off to you mam.... Thanks it a very small word to express our gratitude towards you
Isme koi trend bhi hai ..... Jaha dekho waha exception , kya hai ye ... Nahi hoga mere sey .....mai jaa raha himalay 😭😭😭😭😭😭 1k likes ho gaye 🥳 Next aim 1.5k likes, jaldi kro wrna 12 me acche no. Nhi ayenge 💃💃
Yrr dekho aagr negative value -1 hogi....it means woo value -100 sae zadda hae....means -1is more negavtive than -100....too in electrode potential wht mam mean by ke more negative or less negative.....in this case hamnae simples maths kae according chlna hae yaa fr kaise...how we came to know ke more negative means this and less means this...please reply guysss

(!) Zinc, cadmium and mercury are colourless because :- 1 -->They have fully filled d-orbital -->No unpaired electron is present i -->No d-d transition is possible. (2)Transition elements which show only one oxidation state - Scandium. (3)In 3d series which element has the highest oxidation state - Manganese.i (4)In D-Block, Which element has the highest oxidation state - Osmium, it shows +8 oxidation state. (5)Diamagnetic - When there is fully filled d-orbital, no unpaired electrons is present. Then it is diamagnetic. In Diamagnetic meu =0(always). (6)Paramagnetic - When d-orbitals are not fully filled, unpaired electrons are present. Then it is Paramagnetic.i (7)Formula foor Magnetic moment(denoted by meu) = root n(n+2) .1 Hope this will help u😊
Ma'am u explain the chapters very deeply and we also enjoy it 😌😌 But ma'am please complete the syllabus ASAP (especially chemistry)😔😔 before boards Ma'am its a request

In the era where everybody is commenting '' who are here one day before chemistry exam '' I can proudly say that I am here 13 days before my chemistry exam ❤
Bro you have already RU-vid channel then why you are still studying make RU-vid your passion and full time job I also have a RU-vid channel "Tulip Sibling"
Ma'am I've been watching your videos for quite some time now. I gotta say you are one of the best educators. You post high quality content, make it convenient for us to access (time stamps and in general one shot videos). Your explanation is excellent and as a helpless student here, you've helped me a tons. Thank you so much! 💓
Excellent teaching Ma'am. I teach Organic chemistry to UG and PG students and always found inorganic chemistry boring. Honestly speaking you are a wonderful teacher. No one can teach D block better than the way you taught. Good work. Regards.
Mam please finish chemistry first now.....after this f block elements Then coordination......and then go with 2 remaining organic chapters...pls mam.....after that upload maths and physics ....plsss mammm

Really IMPRESSED 😍 MA'AM your way of teaching and the background work is really awesome!! M on RU-vid for very long time but didn't got a best chemistry teacher then you !! Jitni tareef kare utni kam 👏
Yeah this is very important if you want to be a programmer. You would have to see that the metal chair you are writing JavaScript in is fully filled or not. It's in excited state or not. Indian Education System is really awesome.
Mam ne ye to btaya ki ye exception h par exception ke bare mai koi reason nhi diya...so it is important to study about exception....eg 24:55 there is a dip in between...which is not explained... Ans- it is due to stability of Mn due to half filled orbitals...so they do not participate in metallic bonding so less heat is required to convert 1 mole of metal lattice into free atom ..
Ma'am we are falling in love with physics and chemistry because of you. The way you try explaining the whole thing in your sweet voice is easily understandable.❤️ The world is in need of more teachers like you those who teaches whole heartedly with selflessness.🙏🏻 #concepthogayecrystalclear #freehaiparbesthai
