Paul George, Russell westbrook, Jason Tatum, Embiid, James Harden and Kwahi all disappear in the playoffs, but their team never gives up on them and still supports the team and run it back with them every year. This is what us laker fans need to start doing as this toxic trade culture and giving up on players is super wack...smh
Yea that’s a real good list of people to keep who fall off in the playoffs. Other than Kawhi, I don’t recall any of them winning what the game is all about CHAMPIONSHIPS. #2 is not a winner and #3 nobody remembers. Didn’t Nelly already tell you that!!
Not fair comparison, those are the main or second best guys in their team, their team won't even be in the playoffs if they're removed. Lakers can still fight for a spot with Lebron, AD and AR. I love D'lo too, but the issue is his consistency. No doubt majority of the people screaming "don't trade dlo" now will forget this hot stretch, and be crying "kick him out already" during another trophy-less offseason.
If a player is playing well, that doesn't mean they can't be traded. For a team to get an upgrade, they have to trade away moveable pieces who are decent players that another team may want in order to get someone good. Just because he is making shots and cried on camera doesn't mean he can't be a part of a trade. It's a business.
Dlo's shot ,play making efficiency as of late is doubt due to his no hesitation approach. Whether it's running the floor and or pulling up for a shot? He has his mind set on what he is gonna do. And with each successful play, his confidence is building and surpassing the past trade rumors. Hopefully the front office will see this? And realize that they are better off with him than without!!
He's a great player, sometimes I think he doesn't believe it himself. I love his little jumping celebrations after a good basket. Wishing him the best wherever he plays but I hope he stays with the LAL.
Agreed, and I think perhaps lately his amaizng stretch has something to do with him coming to a new mental and emotional approach. It seems as tho he sort of “let go” but in a healthy way. I think the benching was def good for him, and maybe once he got his chance to start again, he realized that he might have been taking that for granted in the past? So this time he might have been like “well if I’m gonna be a starter for tonfogts game, I’m gonna play like in the all star starting Pg that I’ve been at times”. It’s very cool. I was blown away the night he had 3 turnovers in a row and then got a rebound and his teammates wanted the ball out of his hands but he just drivlvled up and splashed a 28 footer to give them the lead with 50 seconds left. I feel like that play sort of encapsulated his whole streak. He just stopped caring and worrying about things that he couldn’t control. But he can control if he shoots and if he trusts his shot and if he trusts his ability to make plays. The dude is low key an all star level scoring Pg. His nets days were so nasty that last year, and his warriors days , people shit on them cuz the team wasn’t winning, but 23 ppg on 43 from 3 isn’t bad lol
Last 13 games (since 39 points): 24.0 ppg, 6.5 asst, .466 FG%, .466 3-pt pct on 4.2 of 8.9 threes per game. He has always been capable of these numbers.
For anyone who watch the game versus Warriors, he fkin turnover the ball 3 times before the “clutch🤢🥴” 3 point. It’s definitely a bad shot…. But he made it, fine I’ll give it to him
NUMBER 2 OVERALL - FIRST ROUND DRAFT PICK #LOSANGELESLAKERS - STRAIGHT BALLIN.. LETS GET IT D'LO.. PAPER RUN RIGHT NOW.. LIGHTS.. CAMERA.. ACTION #LAKERSPH
trade him.. inconsistent, 0 defense... he doesn't even try... loose with the ball and passes... and sometimes amazing to watch offensively... not the guard I would choose on my team...
D Lo and Anthony Davis couldnt have survived as Kobe Bryants teammates... All that talent, either you bring the best version of yourself all day everyday,, or get the F** out...
Draymond literally stepped out before the ball left his hand. What?? This has been a rule for years. Y'all complain about no calls and violations that "never" get called and when they happen it is "bs"
@@jitg6338 🤡 this NEVER gets called, even commentators on ESPN said so and were like "seriously?" and yet suddenly they called it, late ingame at a crucial moment. WAKE THE FF UP IT'S RIGGED.
