Great explanation, especially using a horse that doesn't know it yet. Do you teach them different movements in a certain order? I've been starting to teach my young horse tid bits of these types of movements, such as moving the shoulders (square turns and baby steps of the spin), the side pass, and the leg yield. Do you feel one is best to lead with and then advance to another?
