I watched a previous video on how to read the liturgy from a different channel and I was super duper lost and confused, so I settled with this book. My boyfriend actually found your video on the introduction to this book and these videos have been helping me and it's not as intimidating, so thank you for sharing them.
Hello, thank you for these videos, it has been difficult for me to figure out how to perform this well and to finally find a comprehensive guide is a blessing in itself! Traditionally about every 3 hours... 6am morning prayer, 9a-12p-3p for the 3 daytime, 6p evening and 9p night. Since you're most likely not in a monastery, the schedule is yours to decide!
