If you want serious energy then eat mostly raw vegan. It seriously puts our body in ultra mode. I have healed my gut issues caused by the SAD diet I grew up on by these foods and intermittent fasting. It's so much easier too because you don't have to cook or have as many dishes.

I am a chrome dome about the same age as David. When you start going bald at 17, it gets your attention. However, the way they did hair transplants back in the day were sketchy and besides, beer money. I saw guys with the plugs where they plant that first defining row out in the middle of nowhere and fill in behind. Real natural. Guys looked like Barbie Dolls that had been left out in the rain. So, Dave and I are the same age and he waited till the results were worth the effort. I'm wondering what kind of scratch is required to achieve these results and in contrast, what would someone like John Farley have spent to get the results he's gotten? And should he maybe invest some more? I'm personally going to inherit some cash, any day now, and I'm wondering where to invest it. Sports Car or Hair? I'd even consider a Joe Cocker tuft if the price were right...

You don’t need it if you just want to loose a measly 20 pounds. Plus it does a whole lot more damage to other parts of your body especially the pancreas. And did the Doctor tell you as soon as you quit taking the injections you will go right back to gaining the weight. I hope you’ll look into it.

I love the boys so much. I just hit 40 and I've known these lads almost all my life, and they're STILL two of the funniest fellas ever. Best podcast ever, i gave up on most others for various reasons, but this has it all. Rock on Dana and David, Netflix need to get you in to kick off a new video podcast platform for them! ❤️
