I like the idea of their being a group of actual heroes and another group of people as monsters but Noah has them on separate discord calls so both teams will just be confused about the others nonsensical actions
25:06 "does this rock go to the ceiling?" "No, there is no upward dimension in this universe" "Ok, can I jump over it?" "No, it extends to the ceiling"
That 20 roll lighting bolt should've one tapped the crying child. We know for a fact that in Magic the Noah's universe it is lore accurate that crying children are weak to thunder.
22:05 Noah drawing in the fog of war just to have it exist for all of 2 seconds before the gremlins start glowing with the force of a thousand suns lmao 52:56 Love how Failboat ran up the bridge and tanked the dark blast while casting teleport instead of just casting teleport from their side of the bridge. It may not have been smart, but it was sure badass as hell
There is a dramatic increase in Noah's artwork. Those fist trees are awesome and the player sprites are so much more defined. He is getting a cool style.
I meant to say first trees. But you can't edit words on mobile browsers. I didn't think anyone would read the comment. Now it stays forever. Fist trees!
56:19 “Small Frog never acquired frog cpr, but… the infinite magical energy overflowing in Small Frogs body caused his body to reflexively preform frog cpr on himself in order to not take any damage… in other words: in the 5 minutes and 50 seconds following a Nat 20, Small Frog is effectively Imortal”
"I asked you all to pick a mythical creature.." ... a horse and a frog, so mythical! Also, I love how smallfrog has a heart above his head, he's a lover not a fighter!
The actual odds of smants death on each cpr was 1/12, since a 10-20 revived (11 possibilities), a 1 killed, and 2-9 basically didnt matter since they just rerolled. Because of this, smant was actually more than 50% likely to die within the first 8 revives. Just the 6 chest room had a 40% chance to kill him. Im pretty aure he mustve died at least 15 times, which is 27% odds to survive. That frog was a mighty warrior
@@panthershadowwalk yes, that is how d20s work. however, they worked out the probability of each *revive*, not each *roll*. Some revives took more than one roll to achieve, and their odds reflect that better than the 5% chance of any given number do.
The odds to die each time is actually ~9% (tested via monte carlo simulation with 1 billion trials, you can peek the code on jsfiddle at Somdudewillson / zxfcew0y)
*building foundation appears* "must have been the wind" *tree zigzags across the field* "i need to lay off the skooma" *house is built* "dang, why am i freezing out here when there's shelter and maybe mead?"
Literally every single video the objects, stages, models get better and better! Trees have shading, rocky terrain on your sides.. Eventually it's just going to be DnD but with wacky rules, if it isn't already!
If this were an anime probably the name would be like this *"The time I was reincarnated as a monster together with my friends and we fought against adventurers"*
19:38 as far as those 2 guards are concerned, a homicidal frog showed up, licked a guard's back, fireballed the other one, and then a pretty nice house appeared
1:01 Seeing that the frog can cast "Hellfire" makes me imagine a fun scenario where a group of adventurers bothering a tiny frog, which then starts demonic chanting, opening a rift into the underworld to let fire spread and demons enter the material plane. I wish I were a DM so I could make that into an encounter, just to see people react to it.
Noah should run this adventure with other people he knows, but change the rooms and monsters. This trope is super awesome and definitely has a lot of potential
@@QuintBlitz I know right? Genuinely it'd be so awesome. I wonder who would pick the dragon like in the thumbnail 🤔 The only problem I conceive is that he'd have to hunt down people who haven't seen his video so that they don't try to cheat and pick a really powerful mythical monster like Cthulhu or something lol
I love how Noah’s “low quality” videos are more entertaining than a lot of videos that people spent a ton of money on. It shows how great this channel is!
[Investigation Check: SUCCESS] I think the chest traps were made by a druid gang! You see, by the "chests" they meant not only the 6 containers, but also trees and rocks. While the chests only contained traps, the nature gave only precious resources: from hidden coins to "wood for house". So this way the tablet didn't really lie, it only hid some details.
My thinking is that half the treasure chest contain treasure and the other half contain a trap. If you open any chest the trap that is in the half of that chest blow and destroy the treasure within
The part i find funniest is that one guy just cast dark blast at a frog hopping across a bridge. Like there was nothing else going on it was just a frog.
"I feel like this would be a very Noah thing to hide a landmine behind this tree" The truest danger of playing with Noah. If you think of something humorously sadistic he didn't already think of and say it out loud, you just signed your own death warrant.
49:56 good guy DM doesn't drop the bridge, burn the rope or break the plank, only because the players figured out the shenanigans he was up to with dropping the frog corpse off the bridge :D
I love the final action, just a cinematic view of the horse throwing his frog froend into the air, arcing gracefully as the frog lets loose a bursting explosion of hellfire from his tiny body, almost deatroying everything in its wake
Player with a brilliant strategy: "I go, and I offer the child a flamingo." The guy that gave him a flamingo: "You have a flamingo in your inventory? Oh, I guess you do."
And after this wonderful adventure the cyclops became the adopted father of the remaining gremlins. The frog and the horse left for greener pastures to perform "frog CPR" occasionally acting as the loving uncles to the remaining gremlins. And they lived poorly ever after because 1 week after getting the gremlins food frog accidentally cast evisceration and killed all the gremlins and the horse but however the cyclops lived but not for long because he got a terrible case of rhabdomyolysis and died of kidney failure. Also congrats on getting 1 mil subs noah
I’d like to mention that at 19:30 they still didn’t know the cyclops was there so a house just appeared and they didn’t question it and went in blindly
This again for the seventh time. PLS bring lets game it out in a video. Note:The last comments people were commenting about the amount of usd is my donation snd i want to clarify that my country(Argentina) is currencies just suck ass.
