It's now 5 years since I first heard this randomly - can't even remember how I got here - and regularly listening to this song... and it still has fewer than 1 million views. 150 listens are probably mine. It's a travesty. 7 years later and I can finally revise my comment from two years ago: Almost 1 million views now! Fully deserved! Congrats! Still not nearly as many as you deserve!

I first heard this song half asleep one morning before work. I had to look at radio playlists to find out what it was because it haunted me all day even though I could only remember the rhythm and sketchy oboe and harp. . 2.04 Haha - I've watched this a lot and i'm always expecting the Not-a-melon
I remember hearing this song years ago on tripleJ, I had to pull the car over and Shazam it. It’s like nothing I’ve ever heard before. His music is mesmerising & poetic. No other sound comes close.

This track needs to be made available twice as long at some point. So much more this track could give when not a single than just 4:33. At 4:08 things fade away just as it feels like it should carry on and really lose you in the core of the track.
i have been casually working at the movie theatre for a few years now. And they have the house radio/speakers play this song everyday on the playlist. And gradually after a few years i’ve been able to deconstruct and pay attention to new details that pop up in some tunes. I’ve always been dancin and shuffling along and this track comes on while sweeping up the pocporn.. Greetings from Western Australia .

Love the mixing of the old with the new.That bit after the chorus with oboe then mellotron flute gets me every time then later it gets added by a very prog sounding guitar lick.The little things that add to a song and make them sound great.
Any song with 'Higgs boson' in the lyrics is alright by me. Also, I don't worship Satan, but if either him or the big G were real then he would by far be preferable.

Stalin's Ghost actually triple j played D.D Dumbo quite frequently during 2016. This song and Walrus made the Hottest 100 and the album won the J Award for Best Australian Album in 2016. Triple J does play this kind of music.
