Everything can and WILL be wrassled! In my 5e game I had an antagonist atop a balcony, taunting the PCs. The group's rogue had Boots of Jumping and asked "Can I jump up, grab her, and suplex her to the ground?" I said "Not only CAN you, you HAVE to!" He rolled a 20, as it should be.

My first though is to reimagine Molochs castle as an old haunted apartment complex OR an abandoned apartment complex taken over by a large gang. It can be worked into any genre. A derelict space ship, a ruined castle, or flip it upside down and turn it into an old abandoned mine / cave network. Maybe Moloch is a crabby old landlord, with a penchant for murder, trying to collect the rent and a few souls as a late fee.
