A pit fiend remembering his journey from a lemure to now would be cool. Reflecting all the lessons he had to learn and chellenges he had to overcome in every stage as a devil.

And the demons are the only ones trying to WIN the Blood War... the Daemon want the war to continue forever as it fills their coffers. And as for the Asmodius... well... a forever war is a tyrant's best friend.

I love this whole monologue! The choice of words, the right tone, I can believe these were the words of a mighty Balor hungry for chaos and violence. All it just need some reverating behind the voice to sell that 'demonic' feel.

I always found it insane they things were supposed to be True Neutral. They're intelligent, rational, yet chose to feed off the labors of others like parasites.
