I installed micro links with the bundle hair and didn't really like how difficult it was to wash/blowdry. I regretted not buying the i-tip extensions and nearly cried thinking I wasted money on expensive hair. Your video was a life saver! I turned the bundled hair into i-tips easily using your tutorial. So happy you posted this video for all us DIY people lol! Thank you, thank you, thank you!😊
@Liz Elaine It turned out really nice. It looked and felt like my real hair. You can feel them on your scalp when you first apply it though, but after a few days it did feel better. I did remove and reinstall them once a month only to check and make sure my natural hair was still healthy. It's time consuming but I enjoyed them.
Omg, this is SUCH a lifesaver! I have curly clip-in extensions that take too much time in the morning (as a mom of two small ones). I wanted to convert them and my goodness. THANK YOU!
You do realise how incredibly time consuming this is? It took me 2 hours to make about 20 of them with easier in use tools. You can get them cheap on aliexpress
Omg, thanks for showing us this ! I want to try my own micro-link extension but finding hair that matches my texture is the issue. Great to the point video!
Why is my mouth dropped in amazement!! Gurl, Lady Gurrrrrrrl -- i mean Wow, this is superFantasic!! I been wanting to do i-tips but the price made me scccarred 🤣🤣🤭 I so trying this beautiful Idea of yours with that blown out braiding hair that LOOKS like our 4c real textured hair. Bless you and I SUBSCRIBED 🥳😍🥳😉
Omg i love you!! Saved me from going to my sister's wedding looking like trash..lol...Her wedding is in 4 hours... was completely stressing..definitely trying this now...
I wiped mine off on high heat with some oil. It was completely cleaned off. Tried what she did and it wasn't enough. Took a paper towel and wiped everything off.
Thank you for this video!!!!!! You are amazing!!!!!! You saved me so much money. I have lace wigs with amazing hair but crappy overused lace I can’t wear anymore and this is what I’m about to do with them. Yaaaaayyyyy I could hug you girl!!!!!!!!
You have helped so many people along the way. I seriously want to try microlinks so badly. but refuse to spend the money. so the best method is the DIY. THANK YOU, SIS! Did you use human hair in this video. I wanted to use synthetic hair for the DIY itip extensions.
Girlfriend Doll! You are a life saaavvver. Keeping every dime I can after the holidays is always a blessing. Loving you for sharing this tip. I just started doing my own micro install because I can no longer tolerate braids due to problems with horrible migraines and I have a lot of weave hair in my closet that I refused to throw away and NOW I can use it and save hundreds. Thank you so much. Is there a specific brand of micro link you prefer?
Omgg this is soooo good!!!! I’d cut off my left toe just to tank you for this video!!!! I was crying because I didn’t want to spend $1000s on new extensions.
Is this method also acceptable for ktip extension making? Instead of i tips? My regrowth is only about 3 inches long on the sides and back (i do have about 8 inches of top/apex hair to cover and blend) but im worried itips and sections will be more visible in my hair on the sides at this length even with my top growth to cover and blend
Thank you so much for making this video. I have a hard time finding qood quality hair that doesn't cost thousands. Do you know of some sites I could shop without a stylist certificate number
