I love your vlogs!! I watch your vlogs to help my son who’s about to be a senior in high school who runs 400m. Let me put my Dr hat on though. I’m a chiropractor and I’ve noticed you complain about your foot. Your right foot is pronated and causing your left foot to supinate when you walk. Basically you’re walking on the outer side of your left foot and the inside ankle of the right. You need to get your left knee and hip adjusted cuz your hip is hiked up on the left and get a 1/2” heel lift on the right to balance your hips out and you won’t have heel spurs. Make sure they adjust both knees to help alleviate foot pain. Hope this helps! Congratulations on making it to regionals 🎉

Good vlog and good vibes. I don’t know if you do or not. But I would suggest no socks to help you with speed and also to get some dr. Scholl’s inserts or something like that to help with stress relief for your feet and your legs and a foot brace or ankle brace. But keep striving for the best.
