A couple of things. The nylon rod in those tend to bow over time. The side key is not fully closing the relay. Also, same as you. I thought the double key was TUG 9. But I have come across ed a couple with factory sicker on them, that only have the side key. They are marked TUG 9. If you look at the boards in them. They are different than the TUG 8.
