I have purchased this smart watch and am trying to pair it to my Oppo A72 phone. My phone says it is connected with the device, as it shows the Mac number but it isn't changing the time or date on the smart watch. It doesnt refresh with the pedometer the next day or show any data on my phone. I have watched your video twice, and followed the set up but it is still not working. Also in the settings mode on my phone, the band displays, band function settings and smart alarm do not work when I press on them. Please, can you help??

I bought two of these smart wristbands and none of them is turning on. I put them to charging and nothing turn on the screen . Are like dead both of them. What this can mean? Thank you
Please connect bands properly to USB charging port.... There USB metal pins should be touching USB socket metal pins.... Most of the time user connects smart band at wrong side or direction for charging... New smart band usually comes with no charging, due to safety in transit.
Dear Rebecca, Sorry for the late response. please check the app name from band user manual. Hope you downloaded app as per user manual. Restart both mobile and smart band once if you see the same issue
How can I get replacement display and battery cuz when It's charging the screen stays on but after I unplug the screen turns off and nothing works hope u can help me
Hi my smart band is coming soon and this will help surely. I want to use my band only for calorie counting during exercise. The heart rate monitor determines this and have you tried it it meaning is it accurate? To view calories is it clearly visible . Can the band store and show history of calories information on the app thanks
This band is introduced about 3 years ago in market (look a like of Fitbit smart band). IT worked really well for long time. Since lot of manufacturer moved to color screen band but this ID115 is still holding good. I agree that Application is still legging quality but provide adequate support for fitness purpose.
@@RCEnterprises thanks. Can you tell me how to reset the calories time in the band or on the app prior to a workout or post workout. My band is set automatically but I cant see option to 0 it. Thanks
Do I have to reset my smart band,I got it today it was in a bag not in box,I ordered of joom....charged it and it automatically came on showing steps etc
Dear Newfie Girl, It depends on supplier on packing of band either in Box or poly bag. Band should have user manual along with which assist you to sync with its mobile app. Supplier might have tested the band before shipping and switched off the band. So Step count may have few steps which will be erased as soon as it connects with its mobile app.
Dear Adebimpe, 1) Please check the application name from user manual once. 2) See if band is showing in Phone bluetooth or not. (Note - Do not pair with Phone bluetooth from here). Go to band application installed in mobile and try to search the device from app. 3) If device ID is not visible in application, restart your phone and Band once. Try it again. 4) If band is still not visible in application installed in mobile, check the application name once again from smart band user manual. Application downloaded could be wrong.
I assume that, you are talking to touch button which is not working ! Below glass of the touch button screen, there is a push switch which is connected to board. Usually when space between Glass and switch is more, touch button stops working. Kindly try to press tittle harder and see if it is working.
Its an automatic function in smart band which works from 3D axle sensor. IT capture your sleeping movement and analyse. please see the historical records in its mobile application.
My bluetooth is connect to my smart band I downloaded lufun but when the blue search comes up its saying not connected....my time steps comes up but blood pressure dont
Please do not pair the smart band in phone bluetooth... you should bind directly with its application. Some time pairing bluetooth will create a connection and hold so it will not initiate new connection from app. Unpair from mobile bluetooth, estart both band, mobile once and bind the band from its mobile app.
There few options available - 1) reset the band completely. 2) it will automatically reset every midnight at 12:00 when date changes 3) Power drain the smart band.

Its same as shown in Video. Its application may vary from supplier to supplier. It's entry level smart band which can be used for fitness purpose only. Data of HR/BP is not reliable for medical purpose.
