I have grinders with 3412 and some of them are 650 hp why would they have a 8cyl cat engine in a d11

Alright alright I was misinformed you win it’s a V8 I would’ve bet a million bucks they all had v12’s. It’s crazy they need 4 more cylinders now.

That is the model of the engine in a D11N, It's a V8 Engine, rated at 770hp for the D11N. D11R's went to 850hp with the same engine. The D11T's have the C32 V12 engine with 850hp also. In California some older D11's are repowered with the new C32's because of emission laws.
