D2R ITEMS - The COW level is a WASTE OF TIME - D2R ITEMS and save time - Diablo 2: Resurrected 

I have a lvl 86 Amazon with 409mf. Ran cow level, Andy, Meph, Eldrich, Pindle, Ancient tunnel, and the Pits for 4- 6 hours per day over 4 months. Only crappy drops, no Soj or BK, and the highest rune was a Ko. Gave up on Diablo Resurrected as drop rates suck
