People of South Africa love ANC and they voted ANC .They voted ANC under Ramaphosa ,voted ANC under Zuma MK and voted ANC under EFF Malema .Zuma ,Ramaphosa ,Malena needs to resign then merge ANC again ,why Malena .Malena has been involved in a lot of lyching starting from President Thabo Mbeki.Why Zuma must resign because he has been saying there are Askari's within but not pointing out creating division within ,why Ramaphosa because he facilitated the lynching of Zuma even putting him in jail causing irreparable damage to ANC as long as him and Zuma and Malema are alive and running things. The DA needs the ANC and ANC needs the DA, thank you Prof. Lesiba Teffo. GNU is working and it will work, no political parties have won the majority power, and i don't see any party winning the majority power 2026 & 2029, so, coalition government will carried over.
The ANC should have never agreed to work with the da. These international policy differences will never be reconciled, amongst other things. There will always be fundamental differences between the Africans and the europeans in this country, and this is one of them. 🤷♂️
The prof is wrong about the contribution of the East. It is the sanctions of the West that brought apartheid to its knees, not the ‘weapons’ (if any) that were given to one of the organizations that were involved in fighting for freedom.
If the DA is not happy they can leave the GNU its as simple as that, they cannot dictate to the president he doesn't work for them, de dollarizing is in the horizon

I differ with Prof, when Ramaphosa goes to events like Brics he represent the country not political party. South Africa represented by Ramaphosa and his special envoy denounced art of war against any country. And, urged Russia and Ukraine to stop the war and negotiate for peace. Now he goes out and advance Russia as an ally and a friend in an international platform. This is exactly why AGOA could not sit in SA without South African President denouncing its relationship with Russia. And, they did.

ANC has declined but who they represent went to other parties who believe Russia and China are the only friends of South Africa. The ANC needs other parties to govern and there are parties who will step in after the da leaves if you don't believe look at gauteng
