Swinging notes won't change the velocity. So you still stand a chance of being "robotic" in some cases. The object of any rhythm is the ability to go from soft to high. Guaranteed "bounce" 👍

@@DaDrankKang Yes you're right I prob should have said that I manually adjust my velocities or use the humanize function. either way what you showed is something new that I will try, And am glad I saw it.

Glad I can help. 👍 if you are doing this for a living as I am then always invest no matter the cost. If you are just learning ... no sense in spending that money to make beats. Same can be done with waaaay less. You don't learn to drive in a porche. 👍

Very welcome. The pack comes with an mpc expansion file. Only for the newer MPCs. Open the software and drag the expansion file in the software. Done. 👍

When you tune up sample speeds up. Tune down and it slows down. "From BPM" is a way of adjusting the bpm to fit the tuning of the sample. It can stay the same or you can adjust it to taste. To understand fully you will need to know about tuning and time stretching samples.

Mixing beats and making sounds blend together to sound better full and and loud ... that's key in making a final beat. I have a few videos on mixing.
