I also did this with Gilgamesh... he crushed it.
Important note for this setup. Jalter always buffs on turn 1, Which helps keep Penth safe until she can NP on turn 2. That is also why I awit to use Shake's 2nd skill until turn 2

Wiliam Shakespeare invincibility come from his CE, you can see at the start of his video. David NP give him sure hit status, but cancel because he got hit by Jeanne's NP, "no effect".

It is just a kink regarding Da vinci's event. Event is filled with "counterfeit" servants, or basically just heroic spirits with mixmatched class titles.

You still have to deal with Stella tho. And killing him was mostly a bonus. Unlike Merlin David only blocks 1 hit. So when Arash and Jalter NP on the same turn somebody will die.
