DAAL PALAK bohat mazedar.
Daal palak is a simple lentils and spinach dish very simple to make and absolutely delicious
Chana daal 1 cup
Palak 1 cup
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Green Chillies 1 or 2
Green Coriander handfull
Red chillies power 1/2 tsp
Chrushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 leveled tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Dhaniya power 1/2 tsp
Oil and zeera
Procedure..
Cut Onion and add oil in pressure cooker and add onion, fry oions add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and dry masala cook till tender. Add daal and spinach cook til tender
Ake tadka with oil and zeera . Garnish with green Coriander and chillies add tadka and enjoy 😉
