Kalyana Vegetable Dalcha: Ingredients: Onion-1 large Tomato-2 large Toor dal, soaked- 1 cup Brinjal -4 Potato-2 Carrot-1 long n lean Raw mango -1 Raw banana-1large Green n red chillies- 5 Ginger garlic paste-2 tablespoon Curry leaf with stem- hand punch Pudina n coriander- handfull Tamarind- lemon ball size, soaked n extract juice Turmeric powder-1 tablespoon Chilli powder-1 1/2 tablespoon Coriander powder-1 1/2 tablespoon Garam masla - 1 tablespoon Whole spices( cinnamon, clove, elaichi n star anise) Salt to taste Method: Pressure cook dal n keep it aside.. Cut all veggie diagonally(bigger than you cut for sambar, one brinjal into 4pieces). Optionally you can add bottle guard or chow chow.. Add oil in curry pan, throw whole spice n onion. Fry onion till it become pinkish colour.. Add ginger garlic paste.saute till it combines with onion.. Now time to add all masala n stir fry.. Add tomatoes n saute till it becomes mussy n form curry base.. To this curry base, add all vegetables except mango n saute for 2 mins... Now pour water half to level of veggies..Vegetables will leave moisture so add less water... Close lid, put flame in medium.. After 20 minutes, once veggies cooked, add mango, tamarind juice, salt... Make it to boil for 2 minutes... Then add cooked dal... Put stove in simmer for 5 more minutes... Finally switch off flame n throw some curry leaf, coriander n pudina.. Serve hot with ghee rice or biryani

Thaalcha should be watery. And it's should not be so thick like dal. Less dhall and more water gives a good taste to it. It seems your recipe is somewhat wrong.
It's sambar daal but not authentic daalcha ,which we usually make . Only bottle guard is enough. Rest love your recepies, never seen a plastic container till now ,feels so gud to watch all your videos 😍
