Hi , I installed an Android system on my 308 cc but the radio quality is poor and loses signal often, I even bought a double fakra cable, how can I fix it?

Do you have 100% reception and quality al the time? I live in an area with much trees. Normal radio doesnt work many times

No, not all the time, but it's due to weather/clouds. When you go through a cloudy area the reception can disconnect quite frequently. But to my experience it's not due to this setup, but really due to the available satellites. I recently tested a Peugeot 508 with factory satellite radio and it's not better, either.

Hi dude how's with the rcz? I was thinking in couple of years to get the rcz R have you tried it?

Hey dude, yes I have tried it. Compared to the 200 hp version I've only really noticed a difference when driving really sporty / on a track. As a daily driver it was just the same.

can i use the original car radio antenna

The original one is connected, and you will be able to listen to FM / AM frequencies just like before. The Dab+ is just an addition since the radio I installed could tune it to DAB+.

You installed the antenna wrong here. This antennas MUST be installed vertical pointing down, because of the polarisation of the antenna.

I follow the video from beginning until I saw you remove the A pillar trim, and saw the antenna sitting horisontal in the top... then I jump further out in the video watching from where you installing the cabel in the dash.... so I did not get that you did move the antenna...

Terje Normann is that true the film needs to point down?? I never knew that guess that’s why my signal is so bloody poor all the time. Does it make a difference in the uk?.
