If Clemson has say 3 loosing seasons and the kids don’t play well on the field they fire the coach not the kids. The administration holds the head coach responsible. So you sound ignorant for your statement. This is how businesses do things all the time. Another one for you let’s say their is a culture of sexual harassment in a workplace and the employees have complained to the supervisor and that person does nothing. When that lawsuit comes down the pipeline someone is going to get sacrificed and I can promise you it’s going to be the one doing the supervision.

If his coach under him used a racial slur he should be dismissed. In this case the head coach doesn’t see racial slurs as an issue therefor I talked to him was the so call discipline. A racial slur should not be used in any context by a coach and for this hypocritical man to say it was a teaching lesson says all I need to know.
