I really hope he reads this dabo doesn’t need the transfer portal. The reason of Clemson decline is because how bad the offense is. Every position on the offensive doesn’t lack talent. It was hiring coaches that had no experience. Thomas Austin had no experience look how bad the o line got. Jeff Scott left now it’s Tyler G he can recruit but can’t develop. Losing Tony Elliot was huge. That’s when everything came together and you could see the difference on the offense

Why do non Tiger fans seem to be bothered by this portal thing? Are they closet Clemson fans?

Imagine all of the former juco players that Dabo recruited over the years. Clemson and Dabo are going to get left behind. Je will have a High School roster vs 23 & 24 year old men.

I love how Dabo lives rent free in the national medias heads. It is really simple. Dabo is going to use the NIL money to retain the talent he has on his roster and talent he has recruited. Everyone always mentions the WR from Florida State. That deal for Coleman had already been done before he "hit" the portal.. Downs had already been paid off by OSU when he "decided" to leave Bama. The only thing that I agree with, that was said during this discussion, is that the ruling allowing the universities to pick up the tab instead of donors is big for Clemson. Dabo is going to do what Dabo wants to do and as a Clemson Alum I am OK with that because he has earned that right. Dabo is always going to make sure his players win on and off the field. He graduates almost 100% of his players and they will win a lot of games. In the end, Dabo and Clemson will come out of all of this with their heads held high and show that you can win the right way and do so while making sure to take care of the players.

Clemson is better than 95% of the teams in College Football without the transfer portal. Try to beat them on the field.
