Hey Katie! Remember when I said I didn't have a kit for drills and chills? I got a kit coming in that' s a witch so I'll be able to participate! I love fall and I'm very excited for it. Beautiful art BTW! I perked up from my diamond painting when you said something about the symbols lol 😂. Still yeah you should contact them about that.

I was so excited to get this canvas and went to check the symbol printing - that particular symbol is so faint- not sure if a light pad would even help… so unusual, normally not a problem.

I briefly thought about this one, but I’m waiting (impatiently) for notification of a restock and am not ordering again for awhile. That being said, now that I’ve seen it unboxed it’s definitely on my wish list!

I loved this one and bought it as soon as it was released. I am excited to work on it. Mabon is at the Autumn Equinox so this is a beautiful representation of it. The symbols that you pointed out are also a little faint on mine but I'll figure it out.

Hi Katie, This will be purchase. Love everything Fall. Yes, contact DAC regarding the symbol which is hard to make out. Usually what I do is lay all the drills, except the symbol I am not able to make out, then suddenly the symbol pops out.

I received mine yesterday and also having difficulty reading some of the same symbols you are having. It's seems ti be the bottom half and mire to the right side of the painting. This will be a struggle for me as u am visually impaired. Not sure before I ask DAC, would they consider sending the pattern with the symbols? Have you heard of them doing so? This painting is beautiful and I am a huge fall person. Thank you!

I finally received my Mabon kit and it has the exact same printing issues as yours. Even with my glasses, I can barely read one of the symbols. My husband, who has perfect sight, can't make it out clearly, either.

I purchased this painting last Saturday. I think I will work on it for Drills and Chills. Not sure yet. I planned to work on "Harvest Witch", but she is quite large. Decisions, decisions... 😀

I'm due to get this one in next week. It's going to be my Drills & Chills piece. It's concerning to hear about the issues with the symbols. Even with glasses, I have issues regarding my vision. If there is an unclear symbol then I am going to severely struggle. We'll see what it looks like when it comes in, I suppose.

New to diamond painting. She is very pretty. I am a person who likes calmer tones, not so sparkly. Do you know if there is a finishing method to calm the sparkly down a bit? I hope this isn’t a really bad questions.

That’s not a bad question! Hmm, I haven’t tried a finishing method like that, but you could try using a sealant with a matte finish maybe!

I’m wondering… depending on when you received the kit… this one was sold out for a few days, then back in stock. Maybe they caught the issue early and restocked with improved canvases. 🤷🏼‍♀️
