In this episode, Crusoe and Daphne realize they are now into December and it's time to get ready for #Christmas. They also know that they have to spend Christmas with immediate family only, so they are going to respect local rules, but luckily, #dogs are exempt - and so is Santa Claus! So they rush off to get ready for Santa and for Oakley who makes his visit in part 2.
The #dachshunds first grab their sled and go out to cut down a Christmas tree, to bring it inside and decorate it.
Then Daphne works on her Christmas list while Crusoe helps Dad put up the Christmas lights - where Dad has a little incident.
Then Crusoe wraps his gifts while Daphne bakes gingerbread men - actually, gingerbread ladylike lades!
