This was a great video! Men are typically stronger than women, however. I lifted weights for three years, and I took my ex to the gym with me, he never worked out a day in his life, and he could lift just as much as me. And he weighed less too. Lol 😂

During the bad girls, papa walsh always sits with his butt against the back of the seat and only his knees are on the two pads on the sides, if he wanted to do as well as claudia and devorah he'd have to scoot forward (not just lean forward) to have his legs pushing against the pads; that's why he's always uncomfortable when doing them, he's putting stress on a different area

7:20 I honestly don’t know why more dudes don’t do this workout at the gym ? It’s absolutely killer because it tests your balance like a sun of a gun. I do it all the time and I just realize now that you will probably not see alote of dudes do that. Yes maybe a regular lunge walking with weights but not with a bench going for a full stretch. It’s working on so many women and idk why more men aren’t doing it tbh it’s probably an ego thing tbh because Iam 28 and I could care less about how much I lift and rather all about volume and consistency. Papa walsh did his best but this workout is uncomfortable if you aren’t use to it since you are so reliant on balance
Claudia said she has twice Brandon's legs yet he stronger. That's actually the same for most mens and womens, a girl that I know at my gym has bigger legs than mines, but I have more strenght than her on those legs
My gym has the same hip thrust machine and I HATE it because I’m too short. It doesn’t adjust and the first time I tried to use it I genuinely got stuck. Never again, barbell forever!
As for the father, my respect and admiration for his efforts. Given that I'm fully aware of vast age difference all consequences of it, I have to say Mister Walsh Senior is in excellent, impressive shape.
