Dad Installs Flexible Downspout Extensions 

So helpful. This is the 5th video I watched. I just wanted a simple fix, and the other videos were bringing out drills, tall ladders and giving confusing options. Nobody mentioned connecting which I needed.

You can cut the ends to join them properly and have it click in

Yes, they have worked well for me too. They will only last a year, though, so you can buy it the following year too. They do rip at the folds from the weather.

Just what I needed. However, mowing the lawn could be problematic! Would there be an issue if the flexispout was buried? I have to go about 20 to 25 feet to the road. Thanks, Stan

How did you cover up the ground spout / pipe close to the house after you used the extension?

Do you screw the plastic extender in to the aluminum gutter?

Too bad my gutter extension doesn’t fit as snug onto the gutter likes yours does. Mine is flimsy and loose.

Any ideas on how to seal the old drain?
