P.S. It actually had to be late 1991 or early 1992 when I heard it. I was born in 1970 and a bunch of my friends were under 21 (a bunch were 19 & 20) and too young to go to bars or clubs...that's why I was at a hotel party.

Definitely an underrated track by Pac!!! It's one of my favorites and anyone who grew up with a group of good friends (HOMIES) can relate. Even if it was your best friend. I heard this for the 1st time in either 1992 or 1993 when I was with my friends at a hotel party on TV (video). I became a big 2-Pac fan from this song!!!
