The vid explaining the vid missed the part where MGK did a freestyle and said “I’m my favorite alive since my favorite rapper banned me from shade 45”. So it was the Haley comment when she was underage, the sneak diss in the Tech9 song and then the freestyle that eventually caused Em to respond.

Nah.. That's not an argument. "Not alike" was definitely a better diss. "Killshot" was mostly just a response to the lines in "rap devil". "Not alike" was an outright insult and technically on another level.

However on "not alike" called him out for a being a fake gangster, having pedo tendencies, and the entire song was a demonstration of just how immense the difference between them is.. "Only thing we have in common is I'm a d!k and you suck" I like "killshot", but as far as disses go "not alike" is better

I can understand that ppl hate on MGK because they like Em and there are for sure some things he did wrong, but u still gotta respect MGK for first of all dissing Em and if we are honest, the disses are good. Not even big names had the balls to diss Em, even tho Em dissed them. Also the fact that people be saying that Em made MGK switch genres because he lost so bad is just weird af. MGK literally started with that kind of music and u might not like it but its a lot better than his "rap" albums and stuff besides a few songs. If a rapper starts a fight with honesty and loses, u can still show respect towards him, especially when ur dissing the biggest name this industry ever whitnessed. At the end this is one reason of why we started to listen to rap.

I agree to an extent and even though I'm not a fan, he's talented for sure. You gotta understand that rap beef is ruthless tho and goin at a massive rapper, can be career damaging and fans never let u live it down. The video you guys were watching skipped a couple important parts of the timeline. Yes, Eminem responded in that track on Kamikaze but he also put "Not Alike" on Kamikaze which was an entire track dissing MGK and others like him. And, after Kamikaze was released, MGK released this video of him popping champagne to the fact Eminem acknowledged him. If Chester hadn’t passed away when he did (who he was close friends with and touring with at the time) he probably makes the transition album(s) even before the beef hit

While killshot to me was better, the stan bar by mgk was one of the greatest bars ever for sure, and even shit like "as bad as your selfie" which he gets hate for is only cause they don't know Eminem famously has always used as his twitter profile these crazy bad selfies where half his face or top of his head were missing, so the selfie line was actually hard...trick trick line was hard to, while eminem uses it in a bar with the whole "dont fly in our city" referring to ca0lling trick trick and putting him on the no fly list in Detroit, but still a 46 year old man calling an older man for back up is wild, so the whole "im a call trick trick, man you sound like a bitch, man up and handle your shit" line has always been hard to me...

Guys, I came here also to comment her actually being 15/16 at the time and mgk was 22 I belive. Can someone from the US tell me how inappropriate that is? Don't know the law there. I live in Germany and even tho its odd being celebs the age gap itself would be perfectly legal even tho most think moraly its wrong😅
