In this episode we'll meet Essex couple Liam and Leah who have been dating for five years. It was virtual love at first sight for Liam and Leah when the couple met online. Within a year, Leah had left her family and friends and moved two hundred miles to live with Liam and his dad. Now, Leah is getting homesick and the closeness between father and son means the relationship has three people! Convincing Liam to move to Manchester on a trial, how will Liam cope when he's out of his comfort zone?

Separating doesn't surprise me really.liam was a bit critical and naggy to leah a few times, almost like she's a kid .. which if they had of moved in together that would of got worse without a doubt.fair play though for them giving it a go

I'm _Relieved!_ . Much better to know NOW that you're not compatible , before any kids came into the picture.... They both seem nice, just not compatible. This show is 10 years old! Hope each of them have found happiness.

I think Liam can't seem to help stressing whereas Leah is a calm person and can keep her cool, they do seem complete opposites and although they say opposites attract I don't think on this occasion that that was true. I don't think I could live with him somehow and yet he's a carer so he must have a soft side. Leah has a beautiful tone to her voice

I would genuinely rather spend a day in a room full of mosquitoes, than 1 hour with Liam. He is so annoying, too easily stressed and generally boring. BUT I'm sure he's a lovely man.

Between some of the comments here & the narrators words about Lliam, I'm a little surprised. I personally didn't think he was as bad as everyone's making him sound. I don't think either one of them was doing anything wrong for that matter. She seemed to blow caution to the wind, was more carefree & enjoys chasing her dreams. While he seemed to be more cautious & on the structured side of life, taking less risks & a more serious approach to life. Sometimes those personalities pair well together & sometimes they don't. And that's ok. From the video alone, they both seemed like nice, young adults that'll turn out just fine.

Ladies and Gents let's remember this was 10 years ago, if you all know TV, then you know how things are made out to look. None of you are perfect. Just a small insight to something more real, she lied for 11 years, cheated and got pregnant while married to me. I'm finally happy with someone kind and beautiful, a son and soon to be married. Poor Liam appears to be finding change very difficult and as a result is sooo controlling. He is unable to do the domestic basics bar bean-counting and talks down to Leah; and rather sadly, patronises, loops and gaslights her as his stress escalates and decreases. He always has to be right. Leah is like his mum. Leah would be utterly exhausted if they had kids. Liam reminds me of people I love who are on the Autistic spectrum. His Dad is his rock, guide and compass. He is a saint. all the best Leah and Liam “Maybe, considering, one day….” 🌈 😎
