Father and stepfather Dusty and Brad join forces to make Christmastime perfect for the children. Their newfound partnership soon gets put to the test when Dusty's old-school, macho dad and Brad's gentle father arrive to turn the holiday upside down. I naturally adapt. If it's too hot, sleep in the room doors locked and in nude. Too cold? Wear everything I have and cuddle up next to the colden lab and use them as a pillow.

@@gracielazelaya216 Because some central air units cost up $1,000 - $4,500 and sometimes more so when you have your own place with electrical and grocery it adds up. That's why parents are very strict when it comes to kids changing the thermostat without they're permission.

When I went to see this in theaters with my family, my sister was laughing so hard because we are crazy about the thermostat too. She will turn the thermostat down really low because she's hot. Meanwhile, I'm curled I'm into a ball in my bed freezing. She then would say "Get an extra blanket". Then I say "I DID! I GOT THREE BLANKETS!" When I was a little kid though, I didn't know it would take awhile for the air to change once you adjust the thermostat. So when I was turning it down one time, I kept doing so because I didn't notice a change. My parents had real talk with me because I set it all the way down to like 56 degrees.

Thermostat was NEVER allowed to be touched by the kids. When I was 14, I tried lowering the AC when I was home alone. When my dad came home a few hours later and saw, he made me pay that month’s AC bill in cash. I never touched the thermostat again.

@@NaruSanavai Depeneds on where you live. Yoru AC and furnace are seperate bills. IE Electrical bills show you which unit uses power.
