Agreed anytime it's about to rain I always for some strange reason sneeze I guess it's pollen but since I have to take certain meds for my health my only choice is prescription allergies meds but it doesn't help that my allergies mess with my arthritis so cotton leggings are a life saver in the summer both breathable and gentle compression and in the winter it provides warmth so it with hot bath only for relaxing and not having to worry about washing our hair just laying in the hot water for minimal a day per week(my mom get sore muscles so she taught me it and a few things to help me), I'm glad to have a mom and sister with health problems to cause we understand some days are worse than others for no reason, how to communicate how we feel, communicate what helps on those days for certain health problems(overstimulated[ADD] day=comfort clothes, food, and items also low social interaction) for example. I recommend that if your nose is really runny and stuffed to keep it moisturized with Vaseline so your nose won't be dry and peely which can make it worse also if you can butterscotch hard candy are really good(for me they help if I'm nauseous quicker than the meds for it) also green tea is amazing before bed and if you can talk 1/4th or little less of whisky and mixed with 2 tablespoon of honey(can use maple but haven't tried it) and measured like over the counter cough syrup and take it then wear pants and/or sleep under a few blankets it will sweat off the alcohol and help the coughing(my mom used it on me and my sister since we were 5 cause every over the counter syrup my mom has tried doesn't work for us and she talked to our doctor first to make sure it won't effect our meds and he gave her the all clear), having a weak immune system for 18 years you learn little tricks. ^-^
I have close to the same allegy but I will be paralysed form the waist down too. So no fun. It hurt so bad too. I wish I would just sneesh only. but sadly nope.
As someone who is literally allergic to dust, mold, trees, grass, mice, cats, dogs, etc. I felt my sinuses clogged as he was sneezing it was like phantom pains but seasonal allergies 😂 edit: I CHOKED WHEN HE SAID AMOXICILLIN BC ME TOOO!!!!! WTF IX THUS ME?!?
