Can this attachment be fitted to a 2019 jcb 250t?

I think it would be just a hair too weak for the attachment. However, the DAF-150D (it's smaller counterpart) would probably work like a charm if there is a high-flow option on the JCB. However, consider adding extra protection if you want to get into forestry mulching. From the image I saw, the JCB 250T seems to be open-windows? Woodchip can fly in weird directions sometimes.

Why? Why is this best? Is there an advantage to the tooth pattern of this unit compared to Fecon or Loftness? Is the drive system different in someway? Is this the “best” for all around use? Shrubs? Trees? Is this u it the “best” in non rocky soil or can it take some rocks. Some details please.
