The number of midi-chlorians affects your force ability potential, Anakin would've been an unstoppable force demigod if he didn't lose most of his lower body and also his right arm

To be fair, telekinetically wielding a lightsaber is not the be-all end-all of lightsaber combat. A Padawan can do it. He's merely mastered it to a certain degree to make up for being down an arm. Which makes his use of a double-bladed lightsaber odd. To me anyway.

@@thanoseid2883 Fair, but using his normal saber and adding Form II into his repertoire would benefit him more since Makashi doesn't require a second arm for the most part. He still has good range and he still has his legs. A shoto would be very ill-advised since that involves getting into hand-to-hand range and he's . . . well . . . disarmed.

To use a historical analogy, The Old Republic was Antiquity, an era as epic and romantic as it was violent, and the High Republic was the Age of Discovery, a time of exploration and high adventure, but also of compromised ideals and mistakes that linger for centuries afterwards. Both have their own appeal. You can't really compare the two.

True but you could argue that force users can resist or diminish the time stopping. Also Merrin is practically a god with the powers they granted her in this game, she could destroy any Star Wars character ever including Vader without breaking a sweat when you think about it.

@@armoredp Ehhhh. Merrin is powerful. But she's fighting people who have absolutely no idea how Nightsister magic works. That's why she's so good at guerrilla warfare, because the only possible real opponent she could have is another force wielder, and she was losing to Bode even with Cal's help. She's nowhere near Vader's level. Nightsisters are powerful, but there is a reason that they were Sidious and Dooku's side bitches, not the other way around.

It could have been an interesting complication, but I'm glade it didn't happen that way. Gera is uncontrollable. He would not be of any use to Sidious unless he was going on a rampage to kill Jedi, and Dooku had his own vision of the future that might not have meshed with Gera's traumatized recalculations of the Jedi Way.

Lol the Jedi didn't betray him. Dagan took the Council's actions as *a betrayal*, but that's not the same thing. The Nihil were slaughtering everybody, and the Jedi told Dagan that it just wasn't worth the losses in life to stay entrenched on Koboth. Dagan wanted to stay to keep Tanalorr, not because there was a special need for it, but because it was "his" world and he didn't really care about all the Jedi dying for basically his vanity. The Jedi said, "hell no, we're pulling out. No fancy, empty planet is worth all these people dying". And the ever-reasonable Dagan decided that his only course of action would be to kill all the Jedi he could get his hands on... so really, who betrayed whom? The Jedi were fighting a Stalingrad-esque battle that was a meat-grinder protecting nothing of particular value, and pulled the plug on it. Dagan started killing the Jedi who agreed to evacuate. How can people be so cognitively dissonant to not comprehend that Dagan is objectively delusional about what happened?
