nothing will ever make the vile disgusting things he did to those poor victims and families be ok, but it is upsetting that if the people that was close to him did their job, he would not have done those acts.
really not true, people can be neglected and bullied and not end up like such a monster. yes he was brought up quite rough and struggled with friends and socialising. but it IS his fault for killing all those poor men and boys
