My friend had a neighbor who lived above her in an apartment…almost every night at 1-3am he would move furniture around, pacing up and down, moving heavy things, making a ton of noise… we suspected they smoked a lotta crack…it was very strange, it spooked me out whenever I spent the night at her apartment.
I had a Family Member who was VERY involved in the investigation so when I was a Kid (10) I watched almost the ENTIRE trial just to see my family member testify for about 35mn. I should have NEVER watched that. I won't be watching the Series.
Nah. I love Silence of the Lambs and Hannibal. I like True Crime, but mostly because you feel for the victims, and want justice, but I will not watch Dahmer. Real life can be more fucked up than anything put in writing. Its glorification. Can you name any of his victims after watching the show?
It really is just that "entertainment ". The show may be creepy and horrifying. the real life series of events are much more tragic and horrifying because they were real people that suffered a real thing that no one could comprehend or begin to understand. The show is highly dramatized and the series of events or people in the show get moved around for the sake of story telling. It does bring attention to the cultural environment at the time and perhaps wants to reflect on how it is now but idk it's just a show. I'd sooner recommend Night Stalker on Netflix, that gets the chefs kiss 🤌
